Join Bonny in the Monthly Sound Bath. Relax on Yoga mats or zero gravity recliners as you are surrounded in sound. Crystal and Tibetan bowls, singing pyramids, chimes, gong and Native American flute will help you go from a state of fight or flight to rest and digest.
