Aerial Hoop Doubles

Hang with a friend and double the fun in this aerial hoop partner workshop! Join Erik Bang for a dynamic session where you’ll learn how to enter and exit the aerial hoop, create mirrored shapes, and perform exciting partner-based tricks, balances, and transitions. Strengthen your aerial hoop skills and discover new techniques that elevate your practice in a supportive, fun environment.

This workshop is open to students who have at least some familiarity with any aerial arts and can safely mount/dismount the hoop.

NOTE: It’s ideal to sign up with a partner, as some poses require close coordination. If you don’t have one, we’ll pair you up.
