Join Erik Bang for a 4-week journey where you'll creatively blend familiar aerial yoga moves into a choreographed routine set to music. Master the art of spinning, weaving, twisting, and turning effortlessly in the aerial sling, while emphasizing smooth transitions and flowing phrases. Connect technique with expression and musicality, as you play and challenge yourself to fly in new ways.

Requirements: Competency in basic aerial yoga poses and transitions is required.
