Earth & Aerial Yoga For Kids (Grades 1-5)

Join our popular kids yoga hybrid class! This unique combination of traditional and aerial yoga for kids will bring your little ones into a space of awareness, creativity, strength and tranquility.

Featuring a different focus each week, this 45-minute class will incorporate traditional yoga poses for kids that are specifically designed to enhance core strength, balance, concentration and full-body coordination. Children will also use the aerial yoga hammock in various ways, including to stretch, strengthen and rest. The instructors will also introduce an array of breathing exercises and mindfulness techniques for kids, which your children can incorporate into their daily lives as coping skills.

No previous yoga experience required. Classes are limited to 14 participants.

Choose from one of three weekly classes, starting in September, 2024:

Tuesdays @ 4:30-5:15 PM
Thursdays @ 4:00-4:45 PM
Saturdays @ 10:45-11:30 AM
