Yoga Tots: Once Upon a Mat is a joyful session designed for little movers from crawling to preschool. Each week blends fun and purposeful yoga-inspired movement, a beautifully chosen storybook to take home, and time for free social play. Adult refreshments included.

It’s a perfect mix of stretching bodies, sparking imaginations, and connecting with others—while supporting your child’s coordination, balance, communication, and early learning skills.
