Online Introducing Solids Workshop

Introducing solids is a subject that challenges many parents and we are here to help with this informative and supportive workshop direct to the comfort of your own home. A recording is available on demand for around 7 days post the live stream.

The session includes:

Current official guidelines
When to start and signs baby is ready
Weaning stages
Traditional and baby-led weaning
Top tips for reducing fussy eating
Gagging & choking
Foods to avoid
Equipment recommendations
Allergies – introducing the main allergens & what to look out for
What a healthy diet should look like
Essential nutrients for healthy growth and development
Continuing breast or bottle feeds once solid foods are introduced
Advice on baby food products

The session will last around 90 minutes. Babies are of course welcome to attend with you. A range of quality refreshments are included as usual.
