Wellbeing Walk

With thanks to The National Lottery Community Fund, we are enjoying a stroll around the area, soaking up the beauty with some mindfulness and tree basking if appropriate.

Fully funded for anyone who has experience of trauma and who would like to learn about personal growth.

Every Sunday we are meet, this one will be at the North Shields entrance.

Dogs are welcome, they must be trained and some paperwork needs to be signed.
