Yoga is more than postures — it’s a way of relating to your body, breath, mind, and everyday life.
This 3-hour experiential workshop explores how yoga philosophy comes alive through practice, not theory. Rather than studying concepts intellectually, we’ll feel them in the body through mindful movement, breathwork, reflection, and guided discussion.
You’ll be gently introduced to key yogic ideas and explore how they show up in real life — in stress, boundaries, effort, rest, and self-care. The emphasis is practical, accessible, and embodied.
What to expect:
• Brief, accessible teachings on yoga philosophy
• A slow, mindful asana practice designed to embody the teachings
• Breathwork and meditation to support awareness and regulation
• Time for reflection, journaling, and optional group sharing
• Tools you can apply off the mat — at work, at home, and in daily life
This workshop is for you if you:
• Feel curious about yoga philosophy but don’t want a lecture
• Want to deepen your practice beyond physical poses
• Are interested in mindfulness, nervous system health, or embodied awareness
• Seek a more integrated, real-life approach to yoga
