Yoga FUNdamentals - free community yoga clinic

Join us for a free community clinic on Friday, June 6th from 1-2:30pm at Soundview Center in Langley. Maybe you’re thinking of trying yoga out and want to learn some basics before stepping foot in a class or maybe you want to revisit some fundamentals or learn new approaches to poses, breathing and meditation - this community clinic is a light-hearted approach to finding what works for you. In this clinic we’ll break down some poses, offer adjustments and verbal cues to get the most out of postures and explore how props like blocks and bolsters can enhance our practice.
