This is a key moment in the year where we come together as a collective to:
- Reflect on what we’ve accomplished over the past year
- Pitch and vote on new project ideas for the upcoming season
Whether you have a project in mind or just want to be part of shaping what’s next for YDC, we’d love to see you there!

The YDC AGM and Project Proposal Meeting is an opportunity for you to get more involved! There are many different roles in this volunteer member-driven non-profit organization that make it successful.
We are always looking for new board members, but if that's not your thing, you can get involved by leading/co-leading a YDC project. This means a member (or a group of members!) can propose a project they want to lead and with the board's approval and support, the project becomes a reality! This can be anything from running a workshop, creating an event, performing at a festival, or collaborating with other local community group. Stay tuned for more information on how to prepare your project to pitch it to the YDC board.
