Teen Self Defense Class at Miami Public Library

The Miami Public Library Youth Department, with sponsorship from the IMLS and ODL, is pleased to offer a Health Literacy Program featuring a Teen Self Defense Class. This program is designed to empower teens with essential self-defense skills to boost their confidence and safety.

Instructor: Rick Pulley
Dates: May 23rd, May 30th, June 6th, June 13th, July 11th, July 18th, August 1st, August 8th
Time: 2:00 PM - 3:00 PM
Age Group: 12-18 years old
Location: Miami Public Library

Participation Details
RSVP: To secure a spot, please contact the Youth Department at 918-541-2292. As there are only 20 spots available, early registration is encouraged.
Cost: Free, thanks to the generous sponsorship by the IMLS and ODL.

Additional Information: Participants should wear comfortable clothing and bring a water bottle. All necessary equipment will be provided by the library.
