Teen Bowling for Fitness Class

The Miami Public Library Youth Department is excited to invite you to the final session of our Teen Bowling for Fitness Class. This engaging activity is part of our Health Literacy Program, generously sponsored by the Oklahoma Department of Libraries and the Institute for Museum and Library Services.

Date and Time: Monday, July 14th, from 4:00 PM to 5:00 PM
Age Group: 12-17 years old
Maximum Group Size: 10 participants

What to Expect
Fitness Fun: Learn how bowling can be a fun and effective way to stay active and improve your fitness.
Skill Development: Enhance your bowling skills with tips and techniques taught by experienced instructors.
Social Interaction: Enjoy a friendly and supportive environment where you can meet new friends and have fun.

RSVP: To reserve your spot, please call the Youth Department at 918-541-2292. Spaces are limited, so early registration is encouraged.
