Learn pole drills and proper technique for mastering your Ayesha. This is for the advanced pole dancer at ACA.

This workshop will cover deadlift drills and techniques for the elbow grip Ayesha, reverse Ayesha, true grip Ayesha and twisted grip Ayesha. Advanced polers only. 🌟
