Calling all bendy humans and aspiring contortionists! This specialized clinic will focus on deep flexibility, active stretching, and strength-building techniques designed for aerialists, acrobats, and dancers. 2 DAYS ONLY, JULY 8TH & JULY 10TH
Whether you’re working on your splits, backbends, or cheststands, this clinic will help you safely improve mobility while building strength and control. Great for students who want to take their flexibility to the next level!
