Potato Creek State Park Trail Work Day | 6/7

Make friends within the mountain bike community here in Michiana by helping us clean up our trail at Rum Village in South Bend.

Bring work clothes & gloves - we'll provide lunch & all the tools necessary. Bring your bike and go for a ride after the work is done.

Non NIMBA members & beginner mountain bikers are welcome! Adults with kids are also welcome. Are you a trail runner or hiker who uses our trails? We welcome you out to help us.

Want to learn how to maintain mountain bike trails? We're here to show you how to help us keep our trails in top shape. Trails don't trim themselves and NIMBA relies on volunteers to make our trails enjoyable in all seasons.

WHAT WE PROVIDE: We provide the tools. Lunch will also be provided.

WHAT TO BRING: You'll want to bring work clothes you don't mind getting dirty & a good pair of gloves.

WHERE TO MEET: Peppermint Hill Shelter by mountain bike trail.

DURATION: We'll work from 9 am - 1pm, however, you can work for as long as you would like. Whether it's 30 minutes or 4 hours, we appreciate your volunteer hours.

Activities include trimming, debris pickup & removal, & general trail assessment. While we trim the trail, we can also scout and discuss potential trail upgrades
