Join us for our Mums Yoga sessions—a perfect opportunity nurturing your mind and body where your baby can socialise!
These supportive classes are designed to help mums reconnect with their strength, flexibility, and inner calm & connect with other mums in the area.

Bring: Yoga mat, water bottle, a yoga block if you wish or yoga strap, any essentials for baby

Wear: Comfortable active wear
