Get your Speeders ready and activate your targeting systems! Game Kastle Sacramento is hosting a casual Star Wars: Legion tournament that's all about the fun. The event will take place on Saturday, June 14th, at Game Kastle in Sacramento. It is open to all players, but please note that participation is limited to 8 players, and there will only be 3 rounds. Tournament Format & Rules:
Each round uses a fixed 2 hour and 30 minute timer. Then, any remaining games will receive 15 additional minutes to finish the round they are on before a hard “dice down” is called and play concludes. The game should not start a new round during this final 15 minute period.
Lists will be 900 point lists, but must follow all other list-building guidelines in the Galactic Conquest document.
Before the first round begins, we will draft custom units made by the TO. The drafting order will be decided by a random number draw, then we will do a snake draft.
A snake draft is where #1 picks first, #2 picks second, and we continue in order until we reach the last person. The last person will pick 2 options before reversing order until everyone has picked twice.
These custom units will be treated as Mercenary units with no affiliation unless stated otherwise.
Player Responsibilities:
Players must sign up for this event using their Longshanks account. If they don't have one already, they must create one.
Required Materials:
Players should have all materials needed to play Legion. This includes tokens, silhouettes, movement tools, range rulers, and ALL cards associated with their list.
Because of the event format, all players should bring 2 additional Operative command tokens and 2 additional Commander command tokens just to be safe.
Lists
Your lists must be no more than 900 points, but must otherwise follow all other list-building guidelines.
It is recommended that you build your lists on Tabletop Admiral or Legion HQ 2, but it is not required.
Lists must be submitted to Longshanks by June 12th at 11:59pm
