Pokemon: Welcome to! Standard Play

It's never too late to start your journey here at the Game Kastle Pokemon Center! This all inclusive event is for new trainers, seasoned gym badge holders, and Pokemon Champions alike! If you have never played before, this event is perfect to start, as we will be going over the basics to building a deck and approaching the rules to Standard play in a beginner friendly way. If you are interested in flashy battles, collecting Pokemon,or just going over the basics of the game, bring your team to the store on July 11th, 2025 from 12-5pm in the main card hallway! Young and upcoming Pokemon trainers are encouraged to come out, and learn how to play with us, for ages 6 and up. And the best part is- its completely free! We have a limited amount of pre-built starter decks, so feel free to bring out your collections, and let the journey commence!
