Yoga PIcnic in the Park

Please, join me for a Yoga Picnic in the Park! We will meet in the Meeting Room at the Casino in Chestnut Ridge Park at 10am for a Yoga Workshop that will focus on pelvic floor exercises, Chakra Balancing and a seated meditation. Weather permitting, we will practice outside, by the sled hill. Following our practice, we will sit down for a yummy, organic lunch from 716 Fresh with dessert from Our New Leaf Cafe and Chai tea.
