Labyrinth Walking Meditation & Yoga

In the tranquil forest at the base of Mt Si, the song of birds and water combine as our soundtrack for a meditative labyrinth walk, a standing yoga series, and a yoga nidra meditation to conclude.

Please join me on the lush, peaceful grounds of Rainbow Lodge Retreat Center where we will explore the power and peace of intentional breathing and the creation of inner space. Slowing down and allowing 'space between' allows access to the innermost reaches of our own bodies, where spirit and joy reside.

The experience will conclude with a sound bath of crystal singing bowls and chimes, and more surprises.
