The Full Moon is the time to let things go. Let go of problems, worries, unwanted behaviors, and toxic people so that you can heal and move forward without these things holding you back. The Moon’s brightness offers hope, white celestial light to guide your forward, and confer blessings from the Moon Goddess Selene.
The first hour will be spent in mediation, where we will be swept into a dreamy, relaxed state-of-mind with the ethereal frequencies and sounds of our talented sound healer, LJ. During this time, Jenny will go around and provide Reiki energy healing.
The remaining 30 minutes of our Full Moon Ritual + Sound Bath, will focus on looking at what is really holding you back, such as limiting patterns (thoughts, behaviors, etc). We will then let go and release these energies in a beautiful burning ritual. Loose leaf paper and pens will be provided, however feel free to bring your favorite journal and pen.
** Please bring a yoga mat or floor cushion that is comfortable for you. We have limited yoga mats, pillows and blankets available.

• We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 4 hours before the beginning of your appointment, class, event, or workshop.
• Any cancellations before 24 hours of the appointment, class, event, or workshop may be refunded 100%.
• Any cancellations 4 - 24 hours before an appointment, class, event, or workshop may be refunded 50%.
• Cancellations within the 4 hour window of the appointment, class, event, or workshop are non-refundable.
• If you are late by 15 minutes or greater, your appointment will be canceled without a refund and you will have to reschedule at a later date. If you are later by 15 minutes or greater to an event, class or workshop, your seat will be forfeited without a refund.
