Anaïs Duplan:Creative Meditation Workshop

Wednesday, August 6, 6:30-8pm
Anaïs Duplan will lead a creative meditation workshop open to the public. Participants can expect to reflect on various intersections of the body, the earth, and reciprocal creation and wellness within the context of our tumultuous realities. The workshop will include some light reading and discussion, generative creation (writing or other creative prompts), and meditation practice.
