Come kick off your New Year's Eve festivities with Bootcamp, Barre & Brews led by Certified Group Fitness Instructor, Run Coach and Personal Trainer, Sue Parke. This is a great way to sneak in your last workout of 2017 followed by a party with light snacks, refreshments, music and friends.
About the Class:
My Bootcamp Barre classes are a combination of my favorite body weight, barre and cardio exercises. This total body workout is designed to help you burn calories, tone and condition and improve overall physical fitness. You will find yourself doing pliés and planks one minute to burpees and jumping jacks the next. All levels of fitness are welcome and appropriate modifications will be provided. We look forward to spending New Years Eve morning with you and help you walk out of 2017 with a bang!

What you need:
Please bring a yoga mat, water and wear clean indoor sneakers. A sweat towel is recommended but not required.
