Making Sourdough with BEER!

This class will be held at Legally Brewed in Norman. In this class each person will learn how to feed their own sourdough starter, make dough WITH BEER!? Oh yeah! We'll cover how to knead, shape a loaf, share tips and tricks to continue to make homemade sourdough beyond the class. Each person will get to take home their fed starter, dough to take home and bake, and a printed guide.
