Its about that time again to get your ass in the pool and enjoy some live music with our friends, Formidable Foe. Please, come with your favorite 6 pack, that Americana Speedo you've been keeping in the back drawer, and the spirit to party.
DONATIONS: Suggested Donations is $5 at the door, or Venmo to @Harrison-Meece. This helps cover the cost of opening the pool and giving the band some much deserved cash for the groovy night for which we are about to receive.
PARKING: There will be limited parking available on Striegel. As it fills up, please plan to park one block south on Kern. Please mind the signs as to where to park.
FOOD: We will be providing limited snackage in the garage for the event. BUT PLEASE: Order a pizza, bring a casserole. The work bench in the garage will be available as a buffet style location for food. MAKE SURE TO LABLE THE THINGS YOU DONT WANT TO SHARE.
DRINKS: Per the noise permit of Normal, I am not allowed to sell or provide alcohol for the party. THAT DOESNT MEAN WE AINT DRINKING. So grab a cooler full of brewskis and lug that bad boi down to the pool. There should be ample room in the garage for coolers of all shapes and sizes.
HEADCOUNT: We have one restroom for the event, so the goal is to cap our headcount around 100 people MAX. Thus the event is considered private, please use discretion when inviting other folks. We want everyone to come and enjoy some fun in the sun, but if that toilet breaks, we're all gonna have a bad time.
