These sessions are open to beginners and longtime practitioners alike—no prior experience is required. Whether you’re looking to build strength, deepen relaxation, or simply try something new, Swing Yoga offers a safe and supportive way to expand your practice.
Class takes place in our serene studio overlooking the Chesapeake Bay, adding a calming backdrop of nature to your experience.

Only 9 spots available – registration is required
Donation-based for the month of October (October 5 & 19 only)
Please arrive 10–15 minutes early to get settled into your swing
Practice is best enjoyed on an empty stomach
