Join us for a transformative three-day retreat dedicated to cultivating Sadhana and prioritizing self-care.
Sadhana is a daily spiritual practice; a commitment to show up for yourself and your inner growth. Through yoga, meditation, breathwork, and reflection, this retreat will help you establish a rhythm that grounds you, restores balance, and deepens your connection to both body and spirit.
Self-care is not a luxury, it’s a necessity. Over this immersive weekend, you’ll learn practical tools and nourishing rituals to support your physical, mental, and emotional well-being, creating a foundation you can carry into everyday life.
This retreat is offered on a donation basis. We invite you to pay what you can from your heart, knowing that your contribution supports the teachers, the space, and the continuation of accessible community offerings.
To nourish our bodies as well as our spirits, we’ll share in vegetarian potluck lunches each day, where everyone is invited to contribute a dish. In the mornings, tea service will be provided, creating a gentle and grounding way to begin our practice together.
This retreat is non-residential, allowing you to return home each evening while still experiencing the depth and connection of a retreat container. We’ll begin together on Friday at 5 PM and close on Sunday at 5 PM, weaving practice, learning, and reflection throughout.
By the end of the retreat, you will leave feeling replenished, empowered, and ready to carry your Sadhana and self-care practices into your daily life with clarity and devotion.
