Please arrive 10-15 minutes before class. Instructor will meet you at the entrance on the 1st View side of the building. Doors will be locked 2 minutes before class starts. Registration Required
Metta (Loving-Kindness) Meditation
Metta meditation is the practice of cultivating compassion, love, and goodwill toward yourself and others. In this guided class, you’ll be led through a series of intentions and visualizations to foster warmth, empathy, and connection. Suitable for all levels, this practice encourages emotional balance, inner peace, and a deeper sense of connection to the world around you.
This is a guided, donation-based meditation class. We provide props, but if you have a favorite meditation pillow, blanket, or other comfort items, please feel free to bring them.
