In this one-hour class, we’ll explore one of the world’s most beloved expressions of Sauvignon Blanc with a flight of four boutique Sancerres served side-by-side for the best chance to pick up on all the nuanced differences between the wines. Each wine offers a different take on the region’s signature style, shaped by the rolling hills, cool continental climate, and that glorious Kimmeridgian limestone.
