Join Kat for her final in studio offering and class, this experience where you can indulge in an extended practice that will take you through the practices of breathwork (pranayama), mudra, vinyasa / power flow practice (all levels), yin yoga and meditation to explore the feeling of growth and renewal.

Kat will lead you through this 2 hour practice that will give you the opportunity to sink into your body and explore your heart’s inner workings. A practice of connection to your Self and an experience of expanding into your potential.

You can expect a fun, invigorating and refreshing flow, getting you out of your comfort zone, and expansive meditation and pranayama practices leaving you feeling renewed.
