Yin & Sound Experience with David and Matilda

Prepare to let yourself melt away as you join David Hardy for a deep dive into the practice of Yin Yoga, accompanied by Matilda Malone on Piano.

Encompassing 90 minutes the pair will guide you into the experience and healing power of stillness, mindful movement and vibrational medicine.
