Let's come together this time to celebrate Diwali at Yummy India Food Festival and to share the joy and energy of Drum Circle, in which our heartbeats connect through the primitive beats of the Drum.
Organized by Yummy India Restaurants & Cyprus India Culture Association, this is more than a food festival! It’s a journey to India’s heart through taste, sound, and soul.
Beyond the food, you will taste colorful traditions and performances! 🎶 Live Music & Kirtan 💃 Dance performances and our groovy 🪘BOOMTaka Drumming Circle
DRUMMING is about having FUN above all. It is a playful way to harmonize with the present moment and with the others through the sound of repeating beats. It is a rhythmical journey to explore, expand, and commune in ways beyond spoken words, verbal language, and description, simply through rhythm and vibration.
(Note: NO DRUMMING SKILLS ARE REQUIRED)
NOTES:
*We will gather together at 16:45pm and we will start at 17:00pm
*Because of the limited amount of drums please book your drum in advance
*Don't forget to bring along your drum, bongos, frame drum, cowbell, bucket , anything you can beat will do.
