Alt Flow

Get ready to break the mold of your practice with something a little more alternative! During this flow class, Lauren will blend together unique sequences, fun transitions, and creative movements with traditional Vinyasa aspects, all set to the sounds of alternative, metal, rock, grunge, and emo music. This dynamic flow will keep you present and engaged while you challenge your balance, endurance, and creativity. A well-earned Savasana will seal your practice, letting all the good vibes settle deep into your being. Whether you’re a yoga rebel or just looking for something fresh and fun, Alt Flow will have you feeling energized, empowered, in tune with your body.

This class is open to all levels of practice, including beginners! Modifications and variations will be offered throughout the class to meet you where you are in your practice. Props are free and available to every student.
