Pelvic Health in Menopause
October is Menopause Awareness Month!
Menopause brings many changes — from hot flashes to shifts in bladder, bowel, and sexual health. In this workshop, we’ll explore what’s happening to your pelvic floor during this transition, what’s normal (and what’s not), and ways to find relief. You’ll also learn simple stretches and self-care strategies you can start using right away. This workshop is for anyone, wherever you are on this journey!
This empowering workshop will help you understand and connect to one of the most essential yet often overlooked parts of the body — your pelvic floor. You’ll learn how to strengthen, relax, and balance these deep muscles through simple movement, breathing, and awareness techniques.
Why it matters:
As women move through peri- and post-menopause, hormone changes can affect pelvic tissues, muscles, and bladder control. Building awareness and strength in this area supports:
Better bladder and bowel control
Improved core strength and stability
Enhanced posture and balance
Reduced back and hip pain
More comfort and confidence in daily life and movement
Whether you’re already active or just beginning, this workshop is designed to give you the tools to reclaim your strength, mobility, and vitality from the inside out.
$35 (Early Bird Price: $30 if registered by 10/8), plus tax. Unlimited members enjoy 10% off.
Pre-Registration strongly encouraged and appreciated
