Caregivers are invited to attend

Calming skills for energy and big feelings, cleverly learned through play, stretching & breathing! No prior yoga experience needed. Class size is limited to 8 littles, please bring a yoga mat. Light hearted life skills through the lens of Yoga and peace!

Please arrive a few minutes early to settle in, doors lock at the start of class for safety, class ends on time. If caregivers are not staying please be prompt in returning to pick up your little one.

Cancellation Policy: Please be considerate, space is limited for this one time event. 24 hours advanced notice via email: studio credit only, same day cancelation (even if someone is sick), no show/no notice = no refund. If your child cannot make it and you would like another child same age group 5-7 years old to take your child's place please let us know who will be attending in their space.
