Coil Basket Workshop

Join local artist, Andy Chrem, in her upcoming Coil Basket Workshop on Saturday, June 14th at 2pm!

Coiling is different than weaving. It's a basketry technique where a flexible material is wrapped around a central core and then sewn together to form a container. In this workshop, you will use cotton cording as the core and you'll be wrapping it with colorful yarn. Everyone leaves with a small finished basket/bowl or trivet and full knowledge to make as many as you please!

All materials are included to make a 4" - 6" basket/bowl.
