Everyone can learn to meditate!

Discover the profound benefits of mindfulness meditation and learn how to establish a rewarding home practice. Join us for a 4-week introduction to the 3 basic steps of mindfulness mediation to reap the benefits of clarity, resilience, strength and stability of mind.

Mindfulness mediation teaches you how to manage those racing thoughts, improve focus and develop an open mind. Mindfulness meditation gives stability to your life in this ever-changing world.

The cost of this package of four classes is $50. Drop ins are welcome at $15.00

The Course is led by Ann Marquis, certified mindfulness meditation teacher. She earned her accreditation through Dharma Moon and Tibet House US.
