Paddleboard Yoga Sebasticook

Happy SUMMER! TASHA will be offering Paddleboard YOGA on Sebasticook beginning June 3 at 6 p.m. :) You can choose from being on your paddleboard (we do have two spares but encourage you to bring your own) or being on the dock or swim platform with a mat (provided)! We are gathering on the North end of the lake.

We are creating a text list for those interested so please PM to let us know that you are. Of course, as with any outdoor yoga, this is weather and lake condition permitting.
