💫Join Rachel Strasser (Up Yoga Co-Owner & Musician) and Sarah Watson (Doula, Birth Educator & Musician) for Mama Song Circle, a singing circle for mothers and their little ones (0 - 24 months) - a space to come as you are and be held in the power of shared voice.

🙌🏼Singing brings us together. It soften the edges, soothes our nervous system and reminds us we’re not alone.

In this gentle circle, experience the magic of shared song—simple melodies, heart-opening chants and playful rhythms that soothe both mom and little.
