BABY & ME YOGA SERIES

Join Danielle Simpson in this 4 week Baby & Me series, designed specifically for new moms navigating the postnatal journey. Danielle will guide you through safe and effective poses that support your body’s recovery after childbirth, while also promoting mental clarity, relaxation, and emotional well-being.

Whether you're healing from delivery, adjusting to motherhood, or simply craving some self-care, this 4 week series is for you. We will focus on rebuilding strength, improving posture, and alleviating common discomforts such as back pain and tension. You’ll also connect with other new moms and caregivers in a nurturing, supportive community.

Come recharge, restore, and reconnect with your body in a way that honours both your motherhood journey and your wellness needs. Suitable for all postnatal stages, from six weeks postpartum to whenever you’re ready to practice.

This Series will skip Easter Monday, April 21st, 2025 and resume April 28th, 2025.
