Join Sarah Watson, Doula, Childbirth Educator, and Prenatal/Postnatal Body Ready Method® Coach, and Rachel Strasser, Integrated Health and Nutrition Coach, prenatal/postnatal yoga instructor for a grounding and empowering 6 week prenatal movement series.
Sarah will guide you through deep core activation, mobility work, and alignment-based strength training designed to help you feel strong, supported, and connected—from the inside out—through pregnancy, birth, and beyond.
Rachel will weave together yoga, breathwork, pelvic floor awareness, and meditation/mindset work to help you cultivate sensitivity and self-awareness as you move through the profound changes of pregnancy.
Each session integrates movement, breathwork, functional strength, and reflection, creating space for you to connect deeply with your body, your baby, and your inner power.
This is more than just preparation for birth—it's a weekly invitation to feel grounded, capable, and empowered in every stage of your journey.
