This June, Hilton Village invites you to immerse yourself in the storybook corners of our charming neighborhood — a cozy, quiet celebration of books, community, and gentle connection.
Wander the village and discover quiet nooks, shady benches, and cozy corners transformed just for readers. Bring your favorite book, settle into a charming spot, and enjoy the simple joy of reading — apart, yet quietly united — at our Silent Reading Party.
Whether you’re looking for community or just a change in scenery…

Whether you prefer indoors or outdoors, or time alone but not alone…
This low-key gathering is for anyone who finds comfort in books and beautiful spaces.
We’re partnering with Hush Reads VA and the shops of Hilton Village to bring you a cozy, introvert-friendly event filled with charming vendors, treats, and activities for our book-loving community.
🌿 Pots & Plots (@potsandplotss) will be joining us with roasted coffee beans, curated books, and leafy plants to help you create your perfect reading moment.
📖 Me & Josephine will host a Kid’s Corner Storytime, complete with a child-friendly reading nook inside their shop — perfect for little readers and their grown-ups to enjoy the magic of storytime together.
🧶 Stop by The Village Knittery to crochet a cozy book accessory or simply unwind and enjoy the rhythm of yarn in motion.
🎨 Visit our village craft table to make your own bookmark — a free, come-and-go station with everything you need to take home a handmade page-keeper.
