You're invited to apply to our upcoming 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training, beginning September 5, 2025
This Vinyasa based training will teach you how to teach a comprehensive Vinyasa class in your community. You will also, do an exploratory wheel of introductions into several lineages of Yoga including: Ashtanga, Restorative, Yin, Hatha, etc. Each weekend your will learn, explore and grow as a individual, in your inner leadership and understand deeply the yogic path to self-discovery.
