Fall Equinox Sound Meditation & Cacao Ceremony

As the wheel of the year turns, the Fall Equinox offers a rare moment of balance — equal day and night — inviting us to pause, reflect, and prepare for the inward journey of the coming season. This ceremony is an opportunity to honor the harvest in your life, release what no longer serves you, and make space for what is ready to ripen.

We’ll begin with heart-opening ceremonial cacao, setting intentions for release and renewal. Then, you’ll be guided into a deep state of relaxation through a meditative sound journey, blending the resonance of quartz crystal singing bowls, brass bowls, Tingshas, and voice. These healing vibrations work in harmony to restore balance, open the heart, and awaken your natural essence of peace.

Bring one thing you’re ready to release written on a small piece of paper, along with any meaningful items for the altar. We have yoga mats and bolsters available; please bring your own pillow and a blanket or sweater for comfort.
