Join us for a rejuvenating experience at the beach! This collaborative event will combine the powerful practices of yoga, breathwork, and meditation with an introduction to the water technology that supports vibrant health. Come to move, breathe, learn, and connect with a like-hearted community, all with the sound of the ocean in the background.

This gathering is designed to support your wellness from the inside out. Liz will guide a grounding, all-levels yoga and breathwork practice to help you feel more open, calm, and connected. Following the class, Mari will share a short, engaging demo about a unique form of medical-grade Japanese water that promotes cellular hydration and overall vitality. Participants will have a chance to experience the water firsthand and leave feeling refreshed, inspired, and empowered.

*This event will be held in a beautiful outdoor location in CDM, Newport Beach. The exact location will be disclosed after ticket purchase.


*Because this is an evening outdoor event, please be sure to WEAR SOME LAYERS!


*Make sure to bring something to sit/lay on like a beach towel, yoga mat, meditation cushion, blankets, etc..


*No previous breathwork experience is necessary
