Back Bay Swim and Run 8:30AM!

THE PLAN: This is intended to be a back bay swim, 1 or 2 loops, your choice for approx 45 minutes, followed by a run. The distance is your choice. Bill Lackey is probably doing a long run. : )

Do as much or as little as you want, just SHOW UP and Do Something.....ANYTHING!

MEETING AREA: Please meet on Back Bay Dr., Newport. The road will curve slightly right park in where it straightens out again. We'll meet you there.
