Chef Aarti Sequeira is a cookbook author, journalist and Food Network Personality. She won the sixth season of “The Next Food Network Star” and hosted Food Network’s “Aarti Party” and Cooking Channels “Hidden Eats”. She describes her signature food style as American favorites with an Indian Soul. Aarti serves as an Ambassador for California Dates.

Mark Tadros is a second-generation date farmer, a former restaurant Chef and the Co-Founder of the Date Harvest Festival. Mark grew up in the Coachella Valley where he now runs his family's sustainable date palm ranch, Aziz Farms.
