Join us every week for a rejuvenating 20-30 minute group guided meditation session designed to help you find inner peace and clarity. Whether you're new to meditation or an experienced practitioner, our welcoming community offers a supportive space to unwind and connect with your inner self. Each session is led by an experienced guide who will lead you through calming techniques and mindfulness practices. Take a break from life's hustle and bustle, and discover the transformative power of meditation with us. Everyone is welcome, so bring a friend or come alone and meet new like-minded individuals. No prior experience is necessary—just an open mind and a willingness to relax and recharge. No RSVP is required. There is no cost to this event but you are welcome to leave a donation in our donation box if you feel led to.
