Acupressure Yoga

Join Caren for Acupressure Yoga! Gently flow through yoga poses while using targeted acupressure to release tension and revitalize your body. Your first class is just $30 (and you get to keep an acupressure pen!), then $20 for each class after. No experience necessary, just come as you are and leave feeling balanced and refreshed. Acupressure yoga is a technique that blends controlled movements to stretch and mobilize nerves, muscles, and fascia, while using an acupressure pen on meridian points to relieve pain, reduce inflammation, and improve range of motion, all while boosting circulation and supporting lymphatic detoxification.
