Forget your fancy Sanskrit names, we're doing "Downward Facing Whatever" and "Warrior... I think?" to the sweet, sweet sounds of angsty anthems. Think Pearl Jam's "Even Flow" as you try to find your balance, Soundgarden's "Black Hole Sun" during a deep stretch, and maybe even a little "Lithium" during savasana (because who isn't a little bit lithium-deficient after a long week?).

It's a temporary escape from adulting.
*wearing your fav concert and flannel is suggested.

Sweat like you're moshing at a concert.
